Kimberley Supported Living was created from a deep-rooted passion for helping people and a lifelong connection to the care sector. Having grown up around family members in care, we witnessed first-hand the importance of quality, dignity, and respect. This personal experience, combined with our extensive background in care management and recruitment, has shaped our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional services.
Our management team brings over a decade of hands-on experience in mental health nursing across residential and community settings, along with 2 years of experience managing mental health units and a further 2 years leading supported living services, giving us a well-rounded understanding of the challenges individuals face and how to best support them.
We are committed to delivering compassionate, safe and effective personalised support tailored to each individual’s unique needs. We strive to create a safe, empowering environment where each person is truly valued. We go beyond simply supporting daily tasks, we focus on overall well-being, personal growth, and independence.
